Alan Foxx - President/CEO
In 1996, Alan Foxx established Sharpe Foxx Financial, bringing with him more than three decades of expertise in public accounting, financial consulting, and tax advisory services. Throughout his career, he has guided business owners from numerous sectors, honing his skills particularly in the pharmaceutical, advertising, construction, real estate, retail, distribution, and professional sports industries.
Alan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Toronto, graduating with High Honors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds multiple securities and insurance licenses across the country.

Antonio De Luca - Executive Chairman
Antonio brings more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship and executive management, having led companies across diverse industries. His expertise encompasses business strategy and execution, finance, venture capital and private equity, international business, strategic partnerships, transaction management, enterprise software technology, business development, sales and marketing, product development, and business operations. He has a background in financial services, healthcare, and real estate.
Recognized for his innovative thinking, creativity, and team-building abilities, Antonio is an enthusiastic leader with an open management style. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Ivey Business School.
Owen Brownmiller - Chief Financial Officer
Owen oversees all financial and operational activities at Sharpe Foxx Financial. With over 20 years of experience, he has held financial and operational positions in various companies nationwide, ranging from health and pharmaceutical firms to agencies and studios within the entertainment sector. Additionally, Owen is dedicated to community service and continuous learning.
Ishaan Bakshi, CFA, CPA -
Chief Operating Officer
Ishaan is an accomplished leader in business strategy and operations, boasting over 16 years of experience. He specializes in aiding business owners to enhance their value by formulating and implementing growth and profitability strategies, as well as effectively positioning them for capital partnerships. His career includes roles in financial markets, consulting, and turnaround management, across various industries and company sizes. Ishaan has extensive expertise in assisting clients who own or manage financial instruments and real estate with investment decisions, risk management, and financial reporting.
As a collaborative leader, Ishaan excels in problem-solving and devising innovative solutions to complex challenges. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Banaras Hindu University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Toronto.

Anand Acharya, CPA -
Partner, Accounting & Tax
Joined Sharpe Foxx Financial in 2001, Anand has over 10 years of professional experience, specifically serving small- and medium-sized companies in the pharmaceutical, construction, real estate and retail industries. By using his deep knowledge of the tax code and corporate structures, Anand has been instrumental in developing and executing tax and business strategies tailor made for our clients’ needs.
Anand graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he obtained a BBA degree in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kelly Howard -
Director of Wealth Management
Joining the firm in 1998, Kelly oversees the operations of the wealth management and family office services teams at Sharpe Foxx Financial. As a major part of this role, she maintains relationships with the firm’s ultra-high net worth clientele. Kelly has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry across accounting, tax and comprehensive wealth planning, and she is a member of The Sharpe Foxx Financial Group’s executive team.
Previously, Kelly was media planner at a global advertising agency in New York City. Kelly obtained a BS in Business Administration from Princeton University.

Helen Wong, CFA, CAIA -
Chief Investment Officer
Helen joins Sharpe Foxx Financial with a broad range of experiences, now entering her 20th year in the industry. Most recently, Helen served as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Advisor for high-net-worth clients at Regions Private Wealth, a division of Regions Bank (NYSE: RF). Her focused on strong client relationships, business development and directing asset management for clients.
Prior to joining Regions, Helen worked as a Portfolio Manager, with a focus on Sustainability in Water and Agriculture, for both Eco Alpha and Summit Global. Helen earned among other degrees Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

Ian Clarke -
Managing Director, Investment Banking
Ian joined the firm with over 6 years of diversified experience in the private equity, banking and financial services industry. He is a skilled executive with a demonstrated history of helping businesses develop a strategy for growth and executing on that plan. His career has provided him with the opportunity of sitting on every side of the table, advising, acquiring, operating, financing, and exiting privately-held, family-owned, lower middle market businesses. This diverse experience provides him with the unique insight to help business owners as they progress through the various life cycles of their business from start-up, to growth, to eventual transition.
He is active in a number of industry and community organizations as a current or prior board member of multiple area non-profit organizations such as The Be Kind Initiative, Little Smiles Philadelphia, Malvern Retreat House, and the Delaware Valley Industrial Resource Center (DVIRC). Ian earned his BS and MBA from Yale University.
